Tuition Services: Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in and starting the course, the student acknowledges and agrees to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Rescheduling:

Private One-on-One Sessions:
Lesson schedules and delivery dates may be adjusted by mutual agreement, provided changes are communicated in advance. Rescheduling requests must be made no later than 48 hours before the session to avoid penalties. -
Group Sessions:
Group sessions cannot be rescheduled. If a student misses a session, they can review class notes and course materials to catch up, but no makeup sessions will be offered. For additional support, students can book a Catch-up Session for an extra fee.
Cancellation Policy:

Less than 24 Hours’ Notice:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in the session being considered completed, and the session fee forfeited. -
Group Session Cancellations:
Group sessions cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. If a student misses a session, they are encouraged to review the class notes and course materials provided by the teacher.
Course Pause Policy:
Students may pause their course for up to 3 months. Resumption of the course is subject to availability.
Punctuality:
If the student is late, the teacher will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. After this, the session will be considered complete, with no option for rescheduling.

Access to Course Materials:
Students who miss a session will still have access to all course materials, including class notes, homework assignments, and other relevant resources.
Teacher Support:
The teacher will make every effort to assist students who have missed a session, ensuring they can follow the course content with ease. Students seeking further support can arrange a Catch-up Session with the instructor at an additional cost.
Communication:
All cancellations, rescheduling requests, and other important communications must be made via email to ensure proper documentation.
Refund Policy:
Refunds or rescheduling of booked sessions may be requested, provided that they are made with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session. No refunds or rescheduling will be granted for requests made within 24 hours of the session.
