Yes. Lessons can be rescheduled provided you email your request over 24 hours before your scheduled session.Each lesson package includes an additional two weeks beyond the scheduled lessons, giving you flexibility to rearrange sessions if needed. Rescheduled lessons are subject to the teacher's availability and must be completed before your package expires.Sessions not completed by the package expiry date cannot be carried forward.

Most students take one or two hours of lessons each week.We recommend having lessons at least once a week to maintain steady progress. Learning doesn't stop when the lesson ends, so it's equally important to spend time between sessions engaging with Portuguese through music, films, podcasts, reading or other activities you enjoy.

Homework is included as part of your learning programme and is designed to reinforce what you've learnt in class and help you make steady progress between lessons.If you're going through an especially busy period, you can ask your teacher to pause homework temporarily. However, we always recommend maintaining some contact with the language between lessons to help retain what you've learnt.

There isn't a single answer, as every learner progresses at a different pace.Your progress depends on factors such as your previous language-learning experience, how often you attend lessons and, most importantly, how much you practise between sessions.Some students become comfortable holding everyday conversations within a few months, while others take longer.
